At Zach's Tech Turf, we want to ensure your hardware setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics and components. If your gear isn't meeting your performance expectations, we are here to help with a straightforward refund or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
